In this current housing crisis, we are experiencing a real estate and mortgage downturn that has not been seen since maybe the days of the great depression. In dealing with the issues that we are dealing with today you can only be one of two things, part of the problem or part of the solution. Whether we are negotiating a loan modification, a short sale, conducting one of our educational workshops or speaking to thousands via our daily radio program, Home ReSOLUTION and Credit Services, Inc. is all about solutions. Solutions for homeowners, solutions for lending institutions, solutions for real estate practitioners and solutions for communities. HRCS has chosen to be part of the SOLUTION by guiding and educating consumers through these tough and trying times. As a loss mitigation company we stand between lenders and consumers and put them together to resolve a current crisis or take the steps necessary to avoid a future crisis.
