About Us
Home ReSOLUTION & Credit Services, Inc. is a loss mitigation and counseling services organization that assists homeowners and lending institutions with loan modification and short sale negotiating, and rebuilding communities by educational workshops on credit, foreclosure prevention and other grass roots efforts. We are NOT a credit repair company, we assist communities with their credit problems by educating them and not charging them for our workshops. You can give someone a meal or you can teach them to fetch and prepare their own meal. We do a little bit of both with a big emphasis on the latter. We are based out of East San Jose, California. We strategically picked our office location based on the need that existed in the immediate neighborhood where we are headquartered. Simply put, we want and need to be in the eye of the storm. Our executive profile is comprised of seasoned real estate professionals and leaders. With experience ranging from real estate sales, title and escrow, mortgage originations and processors to past and current leadership positions on a local and state level. Robert Aldana - President and CEO Agent Licensed real estate veteran of over 22 years, Robert has been the Vice President and Managing General Partner of an 800+ real estate company and State Director and a Vice Chair of the 200,000+ membership organization, The California Association of REALTORS?. Robert has also been past President several times of community and real estate based organizations and was the founder and past President of The Hispanic Association of REALTORS? and Affiliates. HARA, a non-profit organization, became one of the most dominant forces in the real estate community in terms of the effect that it had on an educational level to both real estate practitioners and consumers alike. Through his leadership HARA founded the HARA Housing Fair, the HARA Scholarship Fund and several other projects that were geared towards education. He is also a well known speaker for the real estate industry and has traveled as far as Mexico to speak and train real estate professionals. Robert has authored several home buying, selling and credit guides and has been the host of television and radio's "Let's Talk Real Estate!" and "Hablando de Casas!" since 1995. Robert can be heard daily in Northern California as the host of the popular program, "Hablando de Casas!". Robert has been chosen for and appeared on NBC's "Best of the Bay" and also has appeared several times on the National Television Network, HGTV. Monica Martinez - Vice President of Operations Agent Monica started in the Real Estate industry in 1996 at Chicago Title and has worked in many departments including Title, Escrow, Customer Service and Outside Sales. Monica received her BS Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing at San Jose State University. Graduating with honors, she was recognized as a Dean's Scholar and awarded the Marketing Graduate of the Year by San Jose State University, 2002. Monica served as the Hispanic Association of REALTORS® and Affiliates, (HARA) Secretary from August 2005 – October 2006 and on many committees: Ambassador Committee Co-Chair, Industry Awards Co-Chair, SCCAOR Housing Fair Chair for HARA 2005, and HARA Housing Fair Chair for the Table Committee 2005 and 2006. She is currently a licensed REALTOR® and Executive Assistant to Robert Aldana for the Hablando de Casas and Let's Talk Real Estate teams as well as the Vice President of Operations for Home ReSOLUTION and Credit Service, Inc. Robert Cruz - Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Planning Broker Associate Robert Cruz is a dynamic and poised professional with over fifteen years of management and leadership experience in a variety of fields. Responsibilities have encompassed the areas of advertising, marketing, business strategy, and technical assistance, special projects and financial processes; interviewing and evaluating staff; as well as representing the organization as an advocate and liaison with community organizations, private industry and local governments. Mr. Cruz is a gifted leader with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, negotiation, organizational and innovation skills. Expertise in: regional sales with an emphasis in Hispanic communities, strategic growth and managing daily relationships with employees, peers and business partners. Mr. Cruz completed his bachelor's degree in Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. His background as a successful entrepreneur empowers him with the necessary knowledge to help our company with both our immediate needs and necessary growth. His dedication as a husband and father provide the stability and grounding needed to succeed. Martha Lopez-Chubb - Broker of Record Broker License #00978310 Martha Lopez-Chubb is the broker of record for HRCS. Martha's duties include but are not limited to overseeing contracts and files to ensure compliance with the California Department of Real Estate along with local and state guidelines and policies. Martha's role is extremely important to the company as the broker of record. She comes from a real estate and mortgage background in Northern California. |
